Left Split Tail Flag cabinet hinge mounted with our original hand forged Rat Tail post and support flag. Please note that the flag was precut prior to forging.

Hinge Configuration:
- Hinge Flag is ALWAYS mounted on the cabinet door
- LEFT CABINET DOOR: Hinge flag points to the right and a support tail mounted on the door frame points to the left

These rat tail hinges are striking!!!I have copied the old style cabinets in my restoring our 1860's saltbox here in Newfoundland, Canada; and these historic hinges just make the cabinets stand out-We feel so fortunate that someone has gone to the trouble to duplicate the antique styles!
