Backorders: If an item is backordered, you will be informed by phone or e-mail, and given the option of waiting for the item or canceling it.
Shipping: Normally all orders received ship the next business day via USPS Priority Mail. Our product is hand made and we do occasionally run low on inventory. If that happens you will be notified by email. Flat Rate Shipping Method applies only within the continental US. International Customers, please contact us for shipping information.
